Networking Night brings together the NREIC community for an evening of networking amongst other active and high-performing real estate investors, in an unbiased, sales-free environment. These events exist simply for connecting, collaborating, assisting, and empowering one another. With a fusion of food, drinks, mingling, and celebration, casual conversations flourish into meaningful opportunities & execution among attendees.

The Venue

The Gates on Roblin, a historic venue located in Headingley, Manitoba. This property was originally known as the Woodlands, a residential estate built in the early 1900s. Since then, this magnificent seven-acre property has been a beloved summer cottage, a family home, and a haven for photographers, mink breeders, and even horse enthusiasts. In 2006, The gates transformed this beautiful estate into a stunning event venue, where they host weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings. They’ve maintained the historic charm of the property while adding modern amenities and conveniences. The Gates on Roblin is now one of the premier event venues in the city, known for its exceptional service and breathtaking surroundings.

What to Expect

1. Casual and low-pressure networking environment

2. Advanced introductions — attendees share with the group their name, their area of investing focus, and any requests or challenges they have to facilitate value & connections immediately

3. Opportunity panel — attendees share an opportunity they have (whether seeking capital/deal/etc.) with a curated panel of capital partners, and a judge to offer feedback on their pitch

4. Special, designated area for NREIC VIP Members

5. Formal dress code — dress to impress
