Thanks for your time and interest in providing value to our wonderful community of members. Due to our rigorous application process, we have members who are either experienced or experts - we have NO beginners. Thus, we are looking for topics to be niche-specific, very in-depth and focused. No fluff or surface level presentations.

I.e, acquisitions, you would speak on acquisitions for flips, apartments, land, infill (pick one) and you may not speak about acquisitions as a whole, but rather break it down - i.e, due diligence, variances, maximizing land use, funding, JV structure (pick one).

In other words, a presentation may look like, "acquiring apartments, the ins and outs of a proper due diligence process that covers every degree of risk."
