Membership Eligibility

Please see below for NREIC membership plans eligibility.

NREIC+

Any one of the following:

  • $100,000+ (CAD) in investable capital

  • Manage at least one (1) rental door 

  • Have completed at least one (1) acquisition in the last 24 months (not a personal residence)

NREIC VIP

Any one of the following:

  • $1,000,000+ (CAD) in investable capital

  • Manage 50+ rental doors 

  • Complete at least 24 transactions annually (flips, infill, development, etc)

  • Operate a business with $1,000,000+ (CAD) in revenue
